INTRODUCTION

PTF's Founder Chairman Mr.Konda Vishweshwar Reddy (KVR)  was elected to 16 th Lok Sabha from Chevella Parliamentary Constituency in the recently concluded elections in May 2014 on TRS Ticket. KVR was in Telangana moment right from year 2007 and had taken active part in conducting several Political JAC's programs during Telangana Statehood Moment.

PTF is dedicating this incredible achievement of  demerging Andhra Pradesh  and the reformation of (29th State of Indian Union) TELANGANA STATE to the Three Generation of Telangainites who sacrificed their lives for keeping the Telangana Way of Life and Culture Alive and more importantly the cause for a Separate Statehood.

PTF has been established in the year 2005 by a team of IT, Civil & Mechanical Engineers, Medical Doctors, Teachers, Agricultural Scientist, Farmers and NRI’s settled abroad with a cause to develop Telangana districts in particular under the umbrella of PTF as a Trust , which is registered vide Doc No  Book IV 100/2010  dated 19 Feb, 2010.

PTF is non-profit and non-political Organisation which operates and finances itself through it own contributions from its Members.

PTF has been training rural school dropouts in various vocational , employment generation and capacity building schemes in and around Hyderabad for over a decade through independent forums and trusts.

From it's inception, PTF has been actively participating in various Political and Industrial Forums, NGO’s, and continuously engaging active Social workers for the cause of Telangana Statehood and It's Development.

Progressive Telangana Foundation ( PTF )  main agenda is to development the rural youth in the region by developing their  skills not only in their interested fields, but skills required to build and maintain the local infrastructure , thus making  them self employed in their own village. For example in fields  Construction Industry, Electricals, Basic electronics like maintenance of cell phones, DVD’s, TV’s ,etc., repair of four wheelers, tractors, water pumps to name a few.  PDF will also train and educate these youth to see whether the Govt. funds are put to maximum use, while delivering a development and infrastructure project in their region.

Progressive Telangana Foundation ( PTF ) thus is looking forward to Capacity and Character building of this young population which in future deliver a very progressive force that is required to lead the country development activities and make India wahat it was in ancient times.
